PURCHASE OF GOODS

Once you have selected the items you want and placed them, please fill out your personal information, such as name, address, and payment information. Once this is done, you will receive a confirmation email, including a unique order number. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. You receive your final order confirmation and receipt once the payment is approved, and the product is registered in our warehouse. PAYMENT

At BELLE CLIQUE, you can pay 3d-secured credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, so as PAYPAL. The amount will be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. All prices at BELLE CLIQUE are stated in EURO, including 24% VAT. There will be charged no additional taxes nor custom duties for articles shipped to countries within the European Union. The following countries are members of the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus (South Cyprus only), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on the shipping country and are insured against theft and accidental damage. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 10.00 AM till 4.00 PM CET (except for Greek public holidays). Orders are ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment – at the latest.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything you order from us at belleclique.com. If for any reason you are not fully pleased with your order, you can return or exchange any article (including sales items) within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we must have your ordered items returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received a returned article, it will undergo a quality control check according to our Return and Exchange Policy (see below). All approved returns will be credited to the card used for the purchase. BELLE CLIQUE only credits the card used for the purchase to limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please note that returns and exchanges which do not meet our Return and Exchange Policy will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 14 days from the date you receive an order to return or exchange it. BELLE CLIQUE does not accept items that have been worn, altered, or washed. All articles must be returned, including original BELLE CLIQUE tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc. All articles must be returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered. We recommend that all articles are returned as packages to ensure safe arrival and tracking availability. Please note that damaged or soiled articles will not be accepted but be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.

HOW TO RETURN

All returns and exchanges must be delivered to:

The customer is responsible for the shipping of return and exchange articles until their package has been returned to us at the address above. Please keep a receipt as proof of the shipping back to BELLE CLIQUE. Packages that are lost in transit will not be compensated by us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WITHIN GREECE

BELLE CLIQUE does not cover return and exchange expenses nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at belleclique.com.

  • How to return step-by-step

Place the article(s) you wish to return and place in a suitable bag/box, e.g., the one you received from BELLE CLIQUE. The return address is, 6 Omirou str., 15236 Nea Penteli, Athens, Greece. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles) you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending your parcel to us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OUTSIDE GREECE

BELLE CLIQUE does not cover return and exchange expenses internationally, nor do we refund initial shipping costs paid by the customer when placing an order at belleclique.com. For international customers, we recommend using TNT to make sure that they are protected and insured during transit. As soon as we have processed your return or exchange, you will receive an email from us with confirmation of either a refund or an exchange. If you are returning an article (or articles), you can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending your parcel to us.

RETURN POLICY ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE

The articles must not have been worn, altered or washed. All articles must be returned including original BELLE CLIQUE tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, etc. All articles must be returned in their original packaging and the original state. The packaging may not be damaged as this is considered a part of the article. Refunds are given back on credit cards/Visa used to purchase the online order.

CLAIMS

As a customer, you can complain about defects or deficiencies that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects, deficiencies or wearing are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or by regular wear and tear the right to a complaint is rejected. Belleclique.com cannot be held responsible for articles that are sold out at the time of order. Typos or misprints may occur and BELLE CLIQUE cannot be held responsible for these.
